Watch the throne @ Globen, Stockholm 120529

Watch the throne @ Globen, Stockholm 120529

Sorry 'bout the bad quality, fucked up my digital camera in Barcelona.
BUT more (better) pictures COMING SOON.

I've already seen Jay-Z (Globen, Stockholm 2008) and Kanye West once (Way out west festival, Gothenburg 2007) and really enjoyed them both so the chance to see them both on the same stage was obviously too good to pass on. Before the official statement was made there were a lot of speculation on the internet whether the Watch the Throne tour was coming to Sweden or not. When they released the ticket they sold out instantly.  Luckily me and my friends got ours!

The show started off quite slowly, the ever so boring Swedish crowd (why so stiff?) was a bit hesitant but as the show got on its feet, so did the crowd. The show turned out to be amazing. I reckon it’s probably the best concert I’ve seen in Sweden ever. The production and sound was really good and it went on for more than 2,5 hours.

Brilliant!

RIP Amy Winehouse

RIP Amy Winehouse

Yesterday Amy Winehouse was found dead in her apartment in Camden, London.
It's such a tragedy when a talentful and unique artist dies, especially at such a young age.

Takabisha Rollercoaster, Japan

Video snatched from http://flavela.com/

"A new rollercoaster in Japan - which will boast the steepest vertical drop of any ride in the world - is set to raise the bar for thrill-seekers.
On July 16th, the Fuji-Q Highland Amusement Park, in the shadow of Mount Fuji in Yamanash, will unveil the stomach-flipping Takabisha ride - an attraction that includes seven major twists over 1000 metres of track, and a nerve-jangling drop of 43 metres."
